It WAS Pong.

Pogs were those round things that kids collected like sports cards, except that there millions of them, and they made great fire starters.

That was a good idea for the pogs...Do they still make those things...My mom would always get mad at me cause I would leave em laying all over the house. She would step on em and bend em all up and I would get mad at her for bending em up...oh those were the good ole days..haha

I don't know if it is an indication of how limited the PS3 will be or not, but we went to the Wal-Mart Supercenter in town and there were 3 tents out in front of the store with people standing around and lawn chairs set up all over the place....from what I understand Sony has alread released a patch for the problem with the PS3 that you can download to your computer, and then from there add it the PS3...anyway the patch is supposed to fix most if not all the problems. Anybody camping out at your local retailers??? I guess the people tried to camp at Target but they said NO WAY! haha.

no camping out here Laughing I didn't buy the Playstation 2 until the price dropped below $200. Right now Daniels on my #$%@^& list. While Rachel and I were looking for her Kingdom Hearts game I came across 11 game CD boxes with nothing in them... Some were stolen at school, some he let a friend borrow.... we never did find Rachels game.

They did an interview locally with all the people standing outside a local Best buy who had camped out and stuff and out of 5 people 3 were selling their PS3 on Ebay, one was keeping his, and the other was undecided.

There were shootings in conneticut and Kentucky over the Playstation. In Kentucky the weapon of choice was a Beebee gun (I hope I spelled that right)....how much do you want to bet they had Y chromosomes and were under the age of 25.

I'm a male and under 25, however I do imagine that it probably was a male and under the age of 25...I wish it weren't so but normally they are the ones to screw things up for the rest of us.

That's OK, Jeremy, You'll get older!!! Laughing

They have this giant INDOOR mall here (King of Prussia), and they had people camping there (they showed them on the news), but they wouldn't let them inside the mall! They made them all stay in the parking lot with 4" of rain and tornados.

So, I figure, if someone got a PS3, they certainly earned it.

Most definitely....speaking of people standing in line of a retail establishment...I remember standing in front of a book store in my hometown from 7pm until 9 am when the store opened to get the new beanies.

I've done that for books! (Actually, to meet the author and get signed books). My kids wanted to go, and they were to young to drive.
