Do NOT pay by anything other than Paypal anymore. You are no longer protected. eBay discontinued their buyer protection program effective the 17th of January. It is now the Paypal buyer protection program.

I'll let Mags fill in the rest. I think this is horrible. eBay is also hiding bidder identities for auctions that go $200 and up. Shiller heaven. I understand their reasoning (fake second chance offers) but now they've got another problem...shilling. People can't report it because the ID's are hidden.

Lot's of changes on the way for eBay this year.
