winning bid 270.99, somebody is really going to be hacked off, that or the seller had another id and won their own item

Looks like a bidding war between 2 newbies.

My response to this isn't going to go over very well with some but here goes...

I feel no sympathy at all for these bidders. The picture clearly shows a buddy. The rare Chilly Beanie never came with a tag that had a yellow star on it. Yes, the words are misleading in a way but the picture tells the tale.

So many collectors are buying fakes, misleading items, etc. that they are quitting the hobby. If they just did a little research they would make a more informed purchase.

To me this is a case of....

know what you buy and buy what you know.

If you don't know then buy authenticated. Off my soapbox now
