If this was the extremely rare 2nd gen Valentino I could understand it. But it's not, it's the common 4th or 5th gen. It has a bid!! This HAS to be shilling :

I saw that too. I think your right but won't know until the auction ended. More money for ebay.
Look at this auction for common beanies. No pictures, who would bid on something like this? No one!

I put the value at around $30 to $40 if tags and beanies are mint, plus shipping. Notice how these sellers have 0 feedback. I wonder if they are really at least 18 years old.

LOL - Read the messages at the bottom of the Valentino auction.
You've got to admire the balls of this Mike guy.
Furthermore this guy thinks he wants to cash in on the Valentino frenzy:

Monkey see monkey do! Valentino has been cracking me up for the last few weeks ever since that one was shilled at $1500. Notice how many have borrowed info from the other mistaken listings. LOL.

The madness continues especially at this time of year. Some ridiculously priced Valentinos are relists and some are new. What a waste of eBay fees. _________________ ~Mags~ |

What I want to know is - Who is "appraising" these Valentinos? Most of the auctions (and they are from all over the US) reference that a "woman" appraised Valentino between 2500 and 3000!!!!! Are they all talking about having had THEIR valentino "appraised", or does it all go back to the first nitwad? |

They are all pulling this crap off of other auctions. Check this list and look at the store items too. $1200 for one!
(This link will vary depending on when you check it)

Hmmm which would you pick? I'd go for the 6 for $19.99 listing. LOL
If you look at the completed auctions the only Valentino that sold recently was a Michael Bolton one. _________________ ~Mags~ |

This one was just listed. Amazing the one (shilled) sale can generate so much incorrect information.

I sent the seller this message:
Serious collectors know what they are buying. Serious sellers should know as well. TY Tracker III has beanie value, as well as Swing tag information.
I figured I would be as cryptic as possible, to possibly get them to do a little research. |

I'm suspicious of the first auction, as both the buyer and seller have low feedback numbers and they both joined e-bay within a few days of each other. Hmmm...could they just be leaving feedback for one another? |
