This is to me an obvious fake Ty Buckingham Beanie.

The color is wrong, its overstuffed, ribbon is wrong, looks bad, etc. It's interesting that the seller gives the serial numbers. Just because the serial numbers are not exactly listed on peggyg or aboutbeanies doesn't mean it is authentic. Not all serial numbers are listed of the counterfeit Buckinghams The first 4 and last 4 numbers are listed but on different serial numbers. If the seller gave those as the real serial numbers of this beanie, it should be listed, as well as a couple others I have. This is not a good Ty beanie, but an imposter and bad one at that.


Here is another bad Buckingham beanie who's seller purchased from ebay seller scriptchaser. I have the serial numbers of this one which are 4RPBUBX3. Because 7 of the numbers match those listed as confirmed counterfeits, this Buckingham also is a counterfeit. On my authentic ones, I believe no more than 4 numbers match those listed.

This seller has 3 of them, 2 are for sure fakes, and one I don't know. The picture of this Buckingham is of a fake Buckingham. Only one of the 3 he is selling might be authentic, but I wouldn't trust buying from him. I know where he bought the 2 that aren't real.

Sure looks ugly doesn't it? Reported fake Buckinghams to ebay are almost never removed.

Do any of you think these Buckingham beanies listed here are the real thing?
