There are many things that confirm this as fake. The ribbon is the wrong color. It should be navy, not purple.

The fake swing tag is unevenly cut. It has LTD where it should have Ltd. The date in the swing is 1983! Ty never made that error.

The fake tush has only a period after TY INC and is missing the comma. The spacing is all wrong on the hand made in China line.
