Nathan's at it again....Nathan and 4 of his brothers were playing soccer in the backyard and Nathan kicked the ball so hard when it hit our fence it broke 3 slats...a week or so later I got around to repairing it and reinforcing the other boards around it, just in case another soccer ball went astray!!!!!
Nathans Dad came over later and appoligized and offered to pay for the repair...the man is a Vetrinarian but couldn't nail 2 boards together if his life depended on it.....poor thing. Anyway the conversation drifted to Nathans Peeing in the creek...I guess the neighbor behind us has complained....I told his Dad that if Nathan stopped peeing in the Creek the crawdads wouldn't have anything to eat....enviromental security...
Anyway..I told his Dad that I had offered to take Nathan off their hands when they needed a break, but his Wife never took me up on it....You should have seen his eyes light up!!!!! He said "I'll remember that and believe me we'll take you up on the offer"
They just don't appreciate his lively enthusisiam for life..
Boy did I screw up some of these words...brakes over, no time for spell check ..so deal with it.

Who cares about spell check? That's a good story.

I called my father-in-law this morning to see if he saved the copy of the old lighter side that I printed when he was in the hospital. He is supposed to check around and let me know.

I couldn't figure out why the ceiling fan wasn't cooling the Bedroom so I turned it off and checked the direction and sure enough it was pulling up not pushing down. I flip the switch and turn it back on.......What a great way to remove the dust from the blades!!!!!!! It was raining dust bunnies.

We just finished remodelling our bedroom, so I cleaned the blades for the first time in 12(?) years...no dust bunnies because the dust was coated so thick it wouldn't have flown off at mach speeds.

See, I have a rule. If I can't see it, then I don't have to clean it. That includes the tops of ceiling fans as well as the tops of refrigerators...cabinets that I am too short to reach, etc. If other people can see it, and/or it bothers them, well I had them the dust rag!

Okay, Ive been running around the house with the camera taking kitty pictures (not that we don't already have enough) got some good pictures of Jazz and Sabrina..
Joey on the other hand is so sick of cameras he walks away sticking his butt in the frame when he sees it coming at him. He gets this "stressed, not again" look on his face....
I already have a great pic of Dixie and poor deceised Willy....maybe I can pin the "TOOL" down and get him to post them tonight.

OH!!! took pics of the beanies too...but I rearanged them and need to retake the pics...
Maybe tonight....

OKAY, so the last post was a few day ago......I was taking more pics last night. Hubby looks at me and says "I guess this means I'm going to be downloading the camera and posting pic in the near future?"

I said "yep, you're the TOOL"

New Albany has a festival that lasts for 10 day's..we went today and the Kosiars funsters (clowns) were giving away "invisable balloons, guarenteed not to break" It was sooo funny. They were handing the kids these brightly colored sticks asking them what color invisable balloon they wanted....they were also giving out real "visable balloons" too. Later that day I saw a Dad carrying around his kids invisable balloon... and I had to coment on how pretty his invisable balloon is. Laughing
harvest Home Coming isn't huge, elaborate or extravagant. The city closes off 6 city blocks downtown and the churches, chairitys, Scout troups & local bussinesses set up booths selling everything from Animal toys, candles, art work/Photographs, ironwork art, Pizza, fried bananas, blooming onion (my favorite)....you get the picture. You can also enter drawings for stuff from a new truck to movie tickets...There is also a Baby race, kiddy holloween costume contest and a bunch of other things like this and a parade...all local orgs... It's so hometown quaint it ooozes...I wish we'd had something this fun & family orienated in my hometown.

Everyone, start typing. MomMom can't find the printed lighter side - it probably went to the great recycling center in the sky.

Ah, well. It is good practice Smile

Rachel and I went winter coat shopping Tuesday after work. We hit the Goodwills first...when we were leaving we opened the car doors and we both started to get in...we both stopped dead in our tracks...the inside of the car changed color Shocked I shut the door looked around to make sure no one saw me..I here Rachel slam the door shut and watch her run to the other green sable in the parking lot, giggling the whole way. When I caught up with her she was 10 shades of red. Embarassed
I checked one more time to see if anyone saw us get into the wrong car.... We laughed about this all the way to the next Goodwill on our list.

I was walking out of Walmart and this lady, who started out ahead of me stopped looked around, then moved ahead another 10 feet, stopped again and then held up her hand high in the air. A car in the next row starts alarming...I thought I was the only one that did that Shocked and told her so.....it was too funny. Laughing
